At A- Plus we run wire both copper and fiber and do small businesses all the way to million plus square foot warehouses our clients have NEVER EVEN SEEN. That’s how easy our process is.
Our contractor program companies will receive lower priced cabling, hourly rates, and device installs. Named originally for our old business model of appealing directly to contractors ( which we still do ), we found IT companies can make significantly more use of our services than a general contractor. THE LIFETIME WARRANTY.
Its that simple. lifetime means lifetime. At A-Plus we believe in our products, we’ve been in business since 1998 and tested every product in the business at least once. And in doing so we use the best products we can use without breaking the bank. Wed love to put in a full panduit network infrastructure everywhere we go but its not reasonable, and odds are you don’t care. So we take the trouble away for you, by taking on our own warranty. This is what happens when a company believes in their products and techs so much they will literally pay to redo it if its wrong. Find another company that will match our warranty. Its not a manufacturers warranty. ITS MINE.
ANY CABLE PULLED BY A-PLUS COMM WILL RECIEVE A LIFETIME WARRANTY UNLESS THE FAILURE IS AN ACT OF GOD.
There. Was that so hard? We even put it in bold. Acts of god include but not limited to: tornadoes, earthquakes, rats and mice, goats falling from the sky.
We believe if you really know what you’re doing and you know your products and you put them in the right place, they’l last a lifetime.
AV MASTER TECHS
At A-Plus we are AV master techs, and can install any brand speaker! Even if we don’t sell it to you. But we have several in house brands to support you and your clients! We also install TV’s, white and pink noise, matrix’s. you name it.
WAP DEPLOYMENT
Why go onsite at all? A-Plus techs can install any make and model of preconfigured WAP from cisco to unifi, meraki, fortinet, you name it we hang it. And it doesen’t stop there! We can either pick them up from your office or you can ship them directly to ours. Our job is to make yours easy!
RACK AND STACK
But the benefits don’t end there either. Ship us your entire system. You read that right. Ship us your entire system. This client has HUNDREDS of sites and he ships us all over the US to deploy not only his rack, wiring, and AV. We set up his rack, wiring, fiber optics, AND setup his PC’s, phones, dual monitors, speakers, hang his TV’s. EVERYTHING is then tested before we get his seal of approval, and bam. He has a full network deployed 7 states away he can see, he can manipulate, and he has NEVER even seen it.
CLEAN UPS
Does your clients closet look like this? We hope not, but on the off chance it does… We clean up IT closets on the regular.
We understand the world did start turning the day you took over this client. It also did not start turning when we showed up either. However, messes like this do happen and we fix them. The next pic is of the same racks after our teams intervention.
BEFORE AND AFTER
After several hours our team was able to manage this mess, while interacting with the staffs IT personnel to make sure as every device went down, it came back up just the same. These racks were in a 4 story medical complex. Don’t you wish your racks looked as good as this one? And don’t you wish it just wasen’t your problem anymore?

HEAVY EQUIPMENT RENTALS
We regularly rent deliver and operate heavy equipment to make these installs happen. No one will go farther than us to make things happen.

Our documentation. I legitimately do not want you to ever go onsite. And that’s all fine and good talk, but how do I actually achieve this?
At A-Plus when we do your install with all of your equipment we will generate an excel spreadsheet and mark up a blueprint if you provide us with one to give you the switch port, the cable number it is plugged into, and a device description as well as a MAC adress or asset tag if one is present. At this point even your dog can find your assets. And we will still go onsite to assist if there needs lift work to make the goal happen.
